Calligraphy for Children – ABC Uncials with a mini kit

ABC Uncials is designed for children and makes calligraphy very accessible. The materials used are simple but just right – the children use real ink and dip pens – with tough nibs. Finbar the Monk introduces and demonstrates the letters,  spacing, layout and decorated letters.
The postcard sized book has 16 pages, is handbound with a fold-over cover and has high quality digital printing in full colour on lovely paper.
So that the child can start calligraphy immediately the mini kits includes a sachet of walnut ink crystals, a balsa pen, a ruling guide, a Celtic weaving guide and a sample of 45gsm layout paper.
